华星东方承建的北京市顺义生活垃圾焚烧发电项目三期烟气净化工程开工建设

华星东方公司承建的北京市顺义生活垃圾焚烧发电项目三期烟气净化工程于2021年5月9日开工建设。

The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing for Shunyi WTE Phase III in Beijing was commenced on May 9, 2021.

该项目建设规模1x800t/d炉排焚烧炉+1x18MW凝汽式汽轮发电机组，年运行8000小时。烟气处理采用SNCR(炉内喷尿素脱氮)+旋转喷雾反应塔(Ca（OH）2)＋活性炭和干性脱酸药剂喷射系统（Ca（OH）2）＋布袋除尘器+GGH+SGH+ SCR反应塔（尿素）+飞灰输送、储存及稳定化工艺，为我司EPC工程。

The plant will build 1x800 t/d grate furnance and 1x18 mw condensing steam turbine with an annual operation of 8000 hours. FGC applies SNCR with urea denitrification in furnace + spray dry reactor with Ca(OH)2 + activated carbon and dry deacidification agent injection system with Ca(OH)2 + bag filter+GGH+SGH + SCR reactor with urea + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization process. This is an EPC project of Huaxing.
